    Description
    Homestead of Gilbert Warner, now #2 Upper County Road, South Dennis. Built 1799 by Gilbert Warner on land of James Nickerson; later occupied by Isaac Burgess (who added the left half, making it a full Cape) & by Theophilus Smith. Isaac Burgess was grandson of Shubael6 Nickerson (NFA #916).
