Letter from Charles to Persis with the return: "25 Ames Building." Charles is unidentified but Persis was Persis Baker, born on 14 Oct 1829 and died on 22 Jan 1908. She was the daughter of Howes Baker & Persis Allen. Howes Baker Sr. died in 1849, so this reference is probably to Howes Baker Jr., brother of Persis, who died on 29 July 1898.Related items
