Man with boat at Blue Rock, Bass River, on Yarmouth side across from the Indian Lands. These rocks in Bass River all have holes drilled in them, which some have ascribed to being mooring holes for the Vikings. They are not, however, but only mooring holes for eel fikes and for seines.Artifacts
