    Four page legal-sized and handwritten paper, appearing to be something that has been submitted to a newspaper. It begins with a preface and then follows with a long poem, each stanza separated by a line. It is undated, but certainly is a poem to the rallying of the troops for the Civil War the preservation of the Union
